Our intake officer can assist with: 

• Referral enquiries/process
• Team availability and wait times
• Questions about your NDIS Plan.

Referrals and enquiries may come from any individual, a family or an NDIS Coordinator of Support. We also are happy to work with any General Practitioners, School Counsellors, Psychiatrists, Health and Welfare Professionals.

As a division of Disability Services Australia (DSA) we are an NDIS Registered Provider.
