At EHS, we are fortunate to have a Registered Nurse with Disability Specialisation, and she is able to assist with:

• Diabetes Management
• Epilepsy Care
• Wound/Injury Management
• Medication Review & Administration
• Support with specialist appointment & planned hospital visits
• Hospital discharge planning
• Overall health and wellbeing assessment, to develop an health action plan for support staff to follow.
• Training & Consultancy
